Hello, I’m Mariana (they/them). I'm a queer Mexican-Californian somatic coach and energy healer based in Berlin.
Many of my clients come to me when talk therapy has hit a wall. That's often because what they're carrying lives in their body, emotions and spirit, not just in their mind.
My work is for you if you understand your patterns but can't seem to shift them, if you feel stuck in your head, disconnected from your body and intuition, or overwhelmed by emotions you've never had space to fully feel.
I help you actually feel your feelings rather than avoid them.
Working somatically and energetically, we go where talk alone can't: into the body, emotions, and spirit. I draw on Mexican and Japanese healing traditions alongside contemporary somatic approaches, weaving together bodywork, energy healing, and shamanic practice.
I also teach Reiki courses and Shamanism.
I offer sessions in English, Spanish or German.

Shamanic Reiki Treatments
A powerful combination of Usui Reiki and traditional Mexican Curanderismo. We begin with a brief conversation to surface what you're carrying, then move into a Limpia, a sacred energy cleansing rooted in my ancestral Mexican healing tradition, before closing with a full Reiki treatment.
Clients often leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more themselves.

Mind/Body/Soul Healing
This is my signature 120 minute session and the natural entry point for people who feel ready to heal but aren't sure where to start.
Most of what we carry lives in the body long after the mind has tried to make sense of it. I follow your body and energy, weaving together Somatic Bodywork, Reiki, shamanic healing and life coaching to release what's stuck and reconnect you to yourself.

Remote Reiki
Energy isn't bound by distance. Whether you're in Berlin, California, or anywhere in between, you can receive the same depth of healing from wherever you are.
We start with a short call to let surface what you're carrying. Then you lay down, and I send Reiki and, when needed, shamanic clearing remotely.
Clients consistently leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and happier.

Usui Reiki Courses 霊気
Learn to channel universal loving energy for yourself and others. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I teach Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4. I provide the tools and attunements to help you support yourself and others through physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. This certification program is open to everyone from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. I teach traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho alongside foundational Shamanic energy healing.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying
Step onto the world's oldest spiritual path. In this introductory course, you will learn the art of shamanic journeying to receive direct guidance from your spirit guides. I teach you how to enter a meditative trance state through the drum to reclaim your power and gain clarity for your daily life. This experiential class is open to everyone and provides a substance-free, grounded, practical way to connect with ancestral wisdom.
