Beyond Reiki, I offer a space for movement, voice, and creative expression—tools to unlock what words alone cannot reach. Through somatic/intuitive movement, breathwork, and guided meditations, we awaken the wisdom stored in the body. With sound, voice, and intuitive expression, we release emotions, unravel stories, and reconnect with our most authentic self. Each session is shaped with care, honoring your personal rhythm and comfort.
For those who feel called to go deeper, I also host group gatherings in movement, meditation, and energy work. Healing is a sacred journey, and I am honored to walk beside you.”
